Theodora Chang
Policy Analyst
Theo is an Education Policy Analyst at American Progress. Her work focuses on issues related to community schools. Prior to joining American Progress, she worked for the U.S. Department of Education as a program specialist in the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Office of Innovation and Improvement. Prior to that, she managed a student incentives pilot program for DC Public Schools.
Theo holds a master’s degree from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s from Stanford University.
