Catherine Woodiwiss
Special Assistant, Faith and Progressive Policy
Catherine Woodiwiss is a Special Assistant with the Faith and Progressive Policy Initiative. Prior to joining the project, Catherine served as program officer for CitiHope International, starting up a development office in Washington, D.C., and designing health programs for Central Asia and the Caribbean. Catherine has also worked with the Faith & Politics Institute to promote bipartisan leadership, interfaith dialogue, and racial reconciliation among members of Congress and Hill staff.
Catherine graduated from Colby College with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and anthropology. Her research included contemporary spirituality and consumerism in America, and religious and racial dynamics among refugee communities in small-town Maine.
