Richard C. Loeb
Richard C. Loeb is a career member of the Senior Executive Service and is currently serving as Executive Officer (Executive Director) of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Loeb served successively, from 1987 to 2005, as Deputy Associate Administrator for Procurement Law & Legislation, Executive Secretary & Counsel at the Cost Accounting Standards Board, and Acting Deputy Administrator, all at the Office of Federal Procurement Policy in the Office of Management and Budget. Mr. Loeb is a widely recognized expert in government contracting, and has many published articles, professional affiliations, and board memberships, all relating to government contract law, policy, and practice. Prior to Mr. Loeb's service at OMB, he served for seven years in various procurement policy and legal positions in several government agencies.
Mr. Loeb is an Adjunct Professor of Government Contract Law at the University of Baltimore School of Law School, and previously lectured in the government contracting program at George Washington University School of Law.
