Ilia Rodriguez

Ilia Rodriguez is the Director of Government Affairs. Prior to joining American Progress, Ilia worked at People for the American Way, where she served as Senior Legislative Representative in PFAW's Public Policy Department. Prior to working at PFAW, Ilia served as the Associate Director of the U.S. Senate, Democratic Steering and Coordination Committee. Before working on Capitol Hill, Ilia served as Associate Director in the White House Office of Public Liaison and as Special Assistant to the Director of the Women's Bureau in the U.S. Department of Labor. Ilia is a graduate of Penn State University.
