Stephanie Bailey is the senior director for strategy and philanthropic partnerships at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, Bailey served as an institutional fundraising consultant, collaborating with both direct service and advocacy organizations to secure foundation and corporate funding. Bailey also previously worked in program and development capacities for Access Youth, a nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C., that seeks to curb the school-to-prison pipeline through early intervention, mediation, and restorative justice. Bailey is a trained mediator and received her bachelor’s degree in political communication from Emerson College.
