To meet these challenges, progressive mayors across the country are advancing policies to raise pay, increase benefits, and build power for their residents.
Please join us at the Center for American Progress Action Fund for a conversation with two mayors whose cities are serving as leading laboratories for pro-worker innovations. Mayors Jenny Durkan of Seattle and Levar Stoney of Richmond, Virginia, will discuss pathways for cities to raise standards and build power for working people, as well as ways that their cities can provide a roadmap for creating pro-worker state and federal reforms.
