Washington, D.C. — On November 5, 2026, the Center for American Progress Action Fund will host “Results to Road Map,” a post-election analysis with key leaders, polling experts, and political strategists to interpret the results of midterm elections and what they mean for the road ahead.
Speakers at the event, to be announced in the coming days, will examine where the electorate moved, how candidates with different profiles and constituencies built winning coalitions, what voters were asking for and what messages moved them, and what the results suggest for governing in 2027, 2028, and the future political landscape.
Drawing on key races and voter data, as well as strategists and campaigns involved in critical races, the event will also look at how to navigate an anti-incumbent political climate and the core lessons from 2026 that should inform the presidential primary.
