The health and safety of staff remains our priority. American Progress’ office is currently open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Most employees work a hybrid schedule that includes at least two days per week in the office. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 and levels of community spread and adjust plans as needed.
American Progress employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, except in limited circumstances in which an employee is legally entitled to a reasonable accommodation. All staff must have received a COVID-19 booster shot or plan to receive one within two weeks of eligibility after initial vaccination. All new hires will be required to provide proof of full vaccination including a booster dose, or request an exemption, no later than one week before the start of their employment.
