Termination

You agree that CAP Action, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of AmericanProgressAction.org or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, including if CAP Action believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the spirit of the Terms of Use. Further, you agree that CAP Action will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to AmericanProgressAction.org.

Miscellaneous

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any court located in the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia, United States of America, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts in any matter arising out of or related to AmericanProgressAction.org or these Terms of Use.
