Sam Signorelli is the policy and outreach associate for Government Affairs at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, she interned on Capitol Hill for Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) and Rep. Elaine Luria (D-VA). She earned a degree in politics from the University of Virginia. As a Hampton Roads native, she loves the beach and takes every opportunity to spend time on the water.
