Today the Supreme Court is debating whether to hear another bogus, political lawsuit to repeal the Affordable Care Act. It’s the latest example of the Trump administration doing everything it can to rip affordable health coverage away from families across the country, after the American people defeated its repeal bill in 2017.

Here’s what’s at stake if Trump’s administration succeeds in repealing the ACA:

  • Coverage losses: 20 million Americans could lose coverage if the ACA is repealed.

Despite Trump’s promise of “great health care” for everyone—and despite polling showing support for the ACA at an all-time high—the Trump administration is showing no signs of backing down.
