Intel putting the beat back in Ohio’s heart, restoring hope to young job seekers

Recent electrical engineering graduate, Maddix Curtis, describes how the Biden administration is bringing manufacturing jobs back to Ohio. With investments in infrastructure and clean energy, recent graduates are seeing more opportunities for high-paying jobs.

Last month, Ohio updated its tourism slogan for the first time since 2015, returning to a phrase our state used from the 1980s to the early 2000s: “Ohio, The Heart of it All.” This will replace the bland slogan the Buckeye State used while I was growing up: “Ohio. Find it Here.”

You can find a lot of great things in Ohio, but when I turned 18 back in 2021, I worried there was one thing I wouldn’t find here — a good job.
