It’s another day in Trump’s America—and another day to stand up for what’s right. Get the facts to fight back.

Trump’s economy isn’t working for working Americans

But it’s working great for the rich and powerful.

Take Trump’s tax bill, for example, which was nothing more than a $2 trillion gift to the wealthy and the largest corporations. Here’s the proof:

In 2018, the average family of four making $85,000 per year paid $15,284 in taxes. That same year, dozens of corporations making billions of dollars in profits paid NOTHING in taxes. That’s right, $0.

The 2017 Republican tax bill is a microcosm of Trump’s economic policies: The rich win, and middle-class families lose.

  • Average tax cuts: The bottom 80% of earners will receive a tax cut of just $645 this year. Meanwhile, the average 2020 tax cut for the top 1% of earners will be $49,950.
  • Share of the benefits: 83% of the benefits from the tax bill will go to the richest 1% of earners in the U.S.
