Prior to joining American Progress, she has worked with Genpact and Max Healthcare handling the human resources function. She holds a professional in human resources certification from the HR Certification Institute and is a Society for Human Resource Management-certified professional. Bhatnagar graduated from Delhi School of Economics with a master’s in business administration, majoring in human resources.
