Bill Rapp is the art director on the Production team at American Progress. He has been a designer for more than 20 years, having spent most of that time working in the world of public policy. Rapp earned a master’s degree in information visualization from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), where he is currently a member of the adjunct faculty. He also teaches data visualization at American University.
Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Rapp is avid Orange fan but much prefers the climate in Arlington, Virginia, where he lives with his wife, two kids, and Labrador retriever, Sally.
