WASHINGTON, DC—The Wonk Room has released a new study guide to educate those watching the first presidential debate about Sen. John McCain’s positions on foreign policy and the numerous errors McCain continues to commit in explaining his positions on the issues.
With the University of Mississippi as the host of the debate and the focus being national security, the guide entitled “The Debate Study Guide: National Security Edition,” also includes a fact sheet on how Mississippi has fared under the failed policies of George W. Bush – policies that John McCain would continue.
The study guide fact checks McCain’s statements on Iraq, Iran, Russia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Spain.
