Trump put the U.S. way behind on coronavirus testing

It’s another day in Trump’s America—and another day to stand up for what’s right. Get the facts to fight back.

South Korea has tested nearly 250,000 more people for COVID-19 than the United States

Both South Korea and the United States confirmed their first COVID-19 cases on January 20, 2020. So why, as of Tuesday, had South Korea tested nearly 10 times more people for coronavirus than the United States?

Answer: Trump’s negligence.

Despite Trump’s promise that “anybody who wants a test gets a test,” COVID-19 tests are still not widely available for people in the United States. There does, however, appear to be an exception for the rich and well-connected.

Trump’s failure to provide widespread coronavirus testing is costing American lives.
