Trump’s attacks on our health care could have deadly consequences

Trump promised us “great health care.” Instead, he’s spent three years trying to repeal the Affordable Care Act through Congress and the courts with no plan to replace Americans’ access to quality, affordable health care.

Health coverage for 20 million people hangs in the balance. And, contrary to Trump’s lying tweets this morning, his ACA sabotage puts protections for 135 million people with preexisting conditions at serious risk.

Trump knows that the current lawsuit to repeal the Affordable Care Act is unpopular. He knows that health care is a top issue for American voters. That’s why he’s trying to stall his repeal efforts.
