Students’ Rights and Governance

Teachers and families have an opportunity to stand against legislative action seeking to actively take away student and parent agency in accessing their choice of school curricula. School boards and the U.S. Department of Education must protect children's rights from being violated by implementing governance laws that protect students' right to an honest, high-quality education, which creates safer, healthier schools.
