Trump thinks he’s above the law. He’s not.

It’s another day in Trump’s America—and another day to stand up for what’s right. Get the facts to fight back.

There seems to be a pattern here

Trump has an alarming (and impeachable) pattern of asking foreign governments to interfere in U.S. elections for his own political gain.

On a July 25 phone call, he extorted the Ukrainian president into opening a bogus investigation into one of his political opponents. We know because Trump gave us the proof himself. Just this weekend, a second whistleblower came forward with “first-hand knowledge” about the Trump-Ukraine call.

On October 3, Trump stood on the White House lawn and asked China to investigate his political opponent, too.

Trump clearly believes that he is above the law. He isn’t. He’s endangering our national security and leveraging taxpayer money to extort foreign leaders to interfere in the 2020 election. Impeachment is the only solution.

Meanwhile, Trump’s economy isn’t working for most Americans

Despite his many promises to the contrary, Trump’s economy isn’t working for most Americans. It’s working for the rich and powerful while working families are left to fend for themselves:

  • Income inequality: Income inequality is the worst it’s been in 50 years. Instead of working to fix it, Trump is blocking legislation that would increase the minimum wage and help close the gender and racial wage gaps.
  • Tax cuts: Trump’s $2 trillion tax bill was just a gift to the rich and powerful. Instead of resulting in major investments in the U.S. economy, overseas business investment grew six times faster than domestic investment in the wake of Trump’s tax bill. And those big companies that received massive tax cuts? They’re laying off workers and closing manufacturing plants across the Midwest.
