Erin Grant is a policy and outreach specialist on the Early Childhood Policy team at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, Grant worked as an education policy consultant and project manager at Penn Hill Group in Washington, D.C. Grant has worked on advocacy campaigns and messaging strategies for federal education policy issues ranging from child care and early learning to workforce development and apprenticeships. Grant earned a degree in public policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan and holds a minor in Latin language and literature. She is a lover of all dogs and enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her dog, Moose.
