During the House Energy and Commerce Committee markup of the American Health Care Act, or AHCA, several amendments were put forward that would have protected Americans from some of the most harmful pieces of the bill. However, the committee voted to reject all these amendments. Here is the impact those votes will have on House members’ home states.
