Allison Jordan
Research Assistant
Allison Jordan is a research assistant for Gun Violence Prevention at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, Jordan worked at Colgate University as a research assistant and was a policy intern at the Udall Foundation, where she worked on native nation building. Jordan also interned for Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), where she assisted with Indian affairs, civil rights, and immigration. Jordan graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and peace and conflict studies, with a focus on Latin America.
