Rachel Chang is a research associate for Domestic Climate Policy at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, she was a legislative intern on the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. Additionally, she worked at organizations such as the Environmental Defense Fund and the Atlantic Council Global Energy Center.
Rachel is originally from Long Island, New York, and graduated from Yale University, receiving degrees in political science and environmental studies.
