Matt Kasper
Special Assistant
Matthew Kasper is a Special Assistant for the Energy Policy team at American Progress. In the fall of 2011 Matthew interned at CAP, providing research support for the Energy team, as well as writing blog posts for CAPAF’s ClimateProgress.org. Matthew also interned for Connecticut State Senator Steve Cassano during the 2011 progressive legislative session and was a 2012 spring fellow for Organizing for America in Indiana.
Matthew received his B.A. in political science from Butler University in 2012 and focused his academic work on environmental justice and studying the Earth Charter and other environmental policies.
